MY REVIEW: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 4 out of 5

Janey (GEM operative Pearl) is the computer geek in GEM and prefers to do her investigating behind a screen. However, Jacob, the man that brings Opal, Pearl and Onyx together and guides them in their search and rescue of children being abused and sold as sex slaves, has a different idea and wants her in person on this assignment. Unfortunately, in Pearl’s mind, she also has to put up with Lee Remington, a reporter that seems to always turn up wherever GEM is lately.

Pearl may be a computer geek, but one should not underestimate her or her abilities of survival, protection, or skills in the field. She is just as dangerous as the other operatives, Opal and Onyx. Lee and Pearl are paired together and are looking for the same person that lured young girls away and put them in a position to be sold and used for sick individuals. Both are determined to find the young kid, Jesper, and get answers. However, they when they both end up on a survival outing with youths that are supposed to be protected and helped, they find that there is more going on than most realize and they’ll have to join forces to bring down the ring.

I love this series and the characters are great. Both FMC and MMC are dangerous, strong, and determined to find those responsible and bring down as many people and groups as they. I look forward to Onyx’s book and hopefully more to come with these characters. I loved the book.

MY 5⭐️ REVIEW:

If you love suspense, ex-military Alphas, along with smart, sexy, strong and sassy women, and stories with twists and turns throughout, you’ll love Julie Ann Walker’s stories. Black Knights Inc: Reloaded is a great addition to her books, and a welcome return to the BKI series.

With new characters and the OG interspersed, you can’t go wrong reading the BKI: Reloaded. The same great story lines and suspense but with a younger group of men and women doing the job that the BKI are hired to do. Same great twists and turns throughout the stories as well as the steam between the MMC and the FMC.

I love Hannah and her determination to clear her name as well as show Sam that she’s the woman for him. She feels that she has to compete with her sister and other women that are similar to her sister, but Sam is realizing that his type is not what he thought it was, now to convince Hannah of that. I love the suspense throughout this story as well as the action throughout. The characters are great and I can’t wait for more of this team. The search goes on for Bishop and his minions. Who else will Bishop put in his crosshairs that the BKI team will have to rescue next? I’m excited for more!

I have loved the stories in the Road Trip Romance Series by A.K. Evans, and What Comes After did not disappoint. I had forgotten about Theo in the Harper Security Series until I opened this book and it was not what I was expecting at all. It so much more than I expected. I love the characters and the story in this book. Theo’s parents are awesome, Theo and Devyn are great characters and their story is heartbreaking and healing in this book. The fact their love lasted as long as it did is amazing, especially when they haven’t seen each other in years. A story of tragedy, love, and second chances, What Comes After is a great story and I give it a 4-star review.

Katie was crushed after her one-night with her best friends brother eight years ago. Now she has trust issues and she’s kept a secret for eight years. When that secret is revealed Katie and Sam’s lives are turned upside down. Even Muse questions his MC brothers and the family that he has known and trusted for years. When danger finds the MC and Katie and Sam’s lives are in danger, she’ll need all the strength she can find to fight for her freedom and figure out what she wants from life.

I loved this story. It’s full of action, danger, twists, turns, and betrayal. I give this book a 4-star review and I look forward to more in the series. The ending of this one left me wanting more now!
