Karen Renee is the author of the Riot Motorcycle Club, Beta, and O-Town series of books. She once crunched Nielsen ratings data but these days she brings her imagination to life by writing books. She has wanted to be a writer since she was very young, but it’s taken the last twenty plus years for her to amass enough courage and overall life experience to bring that dream to life. Some of those life experiences came from the wonderful world of advertising, banking, and local television media research. She is a proud wife and mother, and a Jacksonville native. Great story and characters.

Ryan and Ivy are great. Ivy’s run in with Ryan though is not what she expected. When he blocks her from entering the bar to find her biological father, she is surprised to find out that Ryan wasn’t the only one blocking her way. He’s a triplet and luckily for her, there’s only two that are males and their other triplet is a woman.

Ryan “Nickle” Garrison doesn’t know why this woman is making him angry looking for Lark. He’s not a man that is looking for a relationship, but for some reason this woman, Ivy, is making him crazy. They have a bit of things to work on, but they’ll both find out that the reason they make each other crazy is due to the attraction.

I’m looking forward to the next book in the Next Generation Series, the characters are great and the books are action and suspense filled.

If you’re looking for a new series to read and are a fan of small town, second chance, ex-military, or romantic suspense, pick up Whispers in the Water by Nyssa Kathryn.

A great start to another great series by Nyssa Kathryn. I am excited to read more of the series and watch all of these guys meet their matches and the women that will humble them as well as bring them to their knees.

Maggie and Ethan were meant to be together, but circumstances beyond their controll and years of being run down by someone that should have been loving and protecting Maggie, caused them to break up. When Maggie starts to have weird things happening, she decides to move back home to Deep River, only to have her hometown in trouble as well her trouble following her.

I loved this story. It has the danger, suspense, and a bit of darkness that keeps the pages turning and the story exciting. I can’t wait to read the next book and read Joel and Polly’s story. Nyssa Kathryn always has great characters and wonderful stories. I always hate to see a book end, but can’t wait for her next release.
