⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✨ 4.5 out of 5

HOT Heroes for Hire is so true! These guys are lethal, sexy, dangerous, and so great to read. Colt is full of surprises. He’s a sexy man who has a secret and only one Ian knows the real Colt.

Colt Duchene has been interested in Angelica Turner since he first met her. The only trouble is that he isn’t sure that he is the right man for her. Neither one of them really know the other, but they’ll get the chance figure out who each other are when she has to stay with Colt while he protects her, again.

Colt and Angelica have a history and Angelica is afraid that her past will continue to keep her from living her life and taking a chance with Colt. She needs to work through some things before she can move forward, and Colt has to come clean with Angelica before he can move forward.

I give this story a 4.5-star review and really loved it. It’s full of suspense, action, danger, sexy men, and strong, able women. I love the men of Black’s Bandits, HOT, and the women that bring them to their knees. If you are a fan of mercenary stories, hot men, strong, sassy women, and suspense, then this series is for you.

“I loved reading about Greek mythology the most when I was
in high school.”

I turned toward Melanie who was staring at me. I wondered how long she’d been
looking on or more so. How long ago did she move her chair to the side of the
table, so we were sitting next to each other, rather than across from each
other?

“I’m a huge fan of Greek mythology myself,” I respond.

“You are?” Melanie cocked her head to the side. A look of disbelief crossed her
face and I tried not to laugh.

“I am. I loved studying about it in college. I took a couple of Greek mythology
classes between History and Literature. I even took a Latin class as well. The
culture intrigues me.”

“Same here. Anything I can get my hands on I love to read or watch about.”

“If that’s the case, I have a comic I’d love to show you. It’s about Persephone
and Hades.”

Melanie quickly put her drink down and placed her hand over mine.

“Wait!” There was a stunned look on her face as she reached into her back
pocket, bringing her phone out. It was only seconds before she was shoving the
device in my face, showing me exactly what I’d been about to tell her.

“You mean Lore Olympus?!”

“Yeah,” I laughed at Melanie’s enthusiasm and when she pulled the phone away, I
saw a genuine smile plastered across her face as she looked at me.

“It’s one of my all-time favorite comics and it’s not just the story but the
illustrations as well. It’s just so cool to see the story come to life in a
different way than just words or even so, the way most people read about it.”

“Exactly. We can see these Gods in our time and see them be almost human for a
second. It’s quite a refreshing rendition to the Greek mythology world.”

“Did you see it was being optioned for a show too?!”

“I had not but that sounds exciting. I wonder if it will be animated the way it
is in the comics or if they are going to change it.”

“I hope they’d keep it the way it is but if anything, seeing that story come to
life would be amazing to watch.”

“I hope you wouldn’t make me watch it alone.”

It was a long shot but I stuck the comment out there in the open, hoping with
how this coffee date was going, Melanie would sink into the words and move this
in the direction I wanted it to go.

“Smooth move there, Jack.” She shook her head and leaned in closer to me, just
like she had at the bar. “I said this wasn’t a date.”

“Yet here you are in a dress, sitting next to me, giving me the smile I’ve been
so desperately wanting to get from you.”

“My smile?” She moved her hand to her lips and looked down at her drink.

I reached out, tucking my fingers under her chin and lifting her head up.

“You’re smile, Melanie.” I gave her a small smile myself. “Since I’ve known
you, I’ve never seen the smile you give others directed toward me. Now, you’ve
given me a smile that I’ve never seen you give anyone else.”

MY REVIEW:

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✨ 4.5 out of 5
Such a tragically beautiful love story. Jack is a man with two sides to him, but not many see the real Jack. He hides his soft, kind side from everyone except those that he lets in. When he meets Melanie everything changes.

Jack works with Melanie’s brother Max in the Publishing company The Ink Well, he’s the cover designer for the books that they publish. He loves his work and gets lost in it when he’s working on a project.

Melanie first meets Jack when she is interviewing with his mother for a position in California. She is moving to California with her husband for his new job and she needed a job as well. Her first impression of Jack is one of wariness and something else, that she’s not able to pinpoint. After five years she returns to Georgia and surprises Jack, because he had no idea she was back or why.

I really liked this story. It tragic but beautiful. Melanie has gone through a lot in the past five years and she’s not sure can continue with her life. If you like stories of second chances, love stories with kind-hearted men that will do anything for the one they love, then you should read Every Little Thing. It tragic, dramatic, and has a Happily Ever After. I give it 4.5-stars and recommend it readers that are looking for a beautiful love story.

The ink was barely dry on the pages. I don’t know if I was ready for this. Somehow I felt like I was more of a virgin than Grayson. Nervous, skittish. He’d warned me when all of this began that the things he’d seen and done would wreck me. I should’ve believed him then.
When I didn’t do anything for a minute, he arched a brow.
Do whatever he says.
I could use my safe word, but a twisted part of me liked doing what he told me to
do. Liked the rush and the way his eyes hardened. It felt like power, power over one of the most powerful people in the world.
I’d barely taken a step to him, when he ripped me to him by the small of my waist. His other hand tangled in my hair, yanking my head to the side.
“Fuck,” he said, lips at my neck. “Which part do I eat first.”
Delicious tingles spread along my skin at his words. His nose ran along my neck, goosebumps following in his wake. His hands slid from hair, from my waist, along my body, feeling every inch of me, like he couldn’t do it fast enough, before settling
back in my hair.
Deliriously, I found
the zipper of my dress, but his overtook mine. Stopping me.
“I’m going to ruin
your white dress, Snitch. Ruin you. Until you’re all fucked up from me.”

MY REVIEW:

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5 out of 5

Wow! I can’t remember reading a book with so much drama, hate, or angst in quite a while. A story of two people that really should have never even so close to each other but now that they’ve each had a taste of each other, they find it hard to give it up.

Story Hale has a dark, rough past and childhood. She’s a servant in Crowne Hall and has to follow the rules of the house. When she finds herself pulled into the antique room one day, her whole life will change forever.

Grayson Crowne is the Prince of the Crowne legacy. He is to follow his grandfather and mother’s rules and he is to marry the woman that they declare to be his wife. He’s always been in love with her anyways, so it’s not a hardship for him, that is until he mistakenly kisses another woman.

This story was so angsty and cruel. The love story of two people who never should have found their way to each other and yet, they are so perfect for each other. Is there any truth about fate? I give this story a 5-star review and recommend it to readers who like bully, forbidden, angsty, billionaire love stories. Story deserves so much more than she is getting in this story and I hope that she finds it in future books.

Review of Alarick: King’s Descendants MC, Book 1 by Bella Jewel @GiveMeBooksPR and @BellaJewel73

AlarickTeaser1

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5 out of 5

A second chance story full of suspense, tragedy, drama, angst, and the unknown.

Briella has to return home to find her sister who has gone missing. She’s all she has left and can’t lose her too. Breilla, Magnoia, Briella’s sister, and their mother moved in with King, the President of the King’s Descendants MC, and his two older kids when Briella was 10. Briella left this life five years ago, but she has to go back to find Magnolia. She has her own problems but finding her sister is her top priority. What she finds along the way is dangerous, scary, and could get her killed in the process.

Alarick has taken over his father’s place in the King’s Descendants MC. He isn’t prepared to see Briella again, and he is angry she even showed back up. He doesn’t want to help her, but she leaves him no choice in the matter when she starts going around town asking questions that could lead back to the MC or get her killed.

This book was raw, tragic, full of drama and a great read. I love the characters, the plot, the story, and suspense in this book. I hated to put it down and absolutely did not want it to end. I give it 5-stars and cannot wait for the next book, Flick to come out. Ms. Jewel has done it again, she has not disappointed me yet, and I cannot wait for more from her in the near future. Such a sexy cover on this book, too!

Forbidden fruit couldn’t be more dangerous.

Dixyn Knox just needed a reason to go back home, unfortunately, the reason couldn’t have been a worse one. Laughlin, Nevada is home and hopefully a safe haven for her to hide out from her ex.

Ford “Bullet” Lawson, the President of the Suicide Kings and the biggest rival of Dixyn’s father’s MC, the Forsaken. For some reason he can’t seem to get the hot little redhead out of his mind. He knows that she’s off-limits, but that doesn’t stop him from wanting her.

I loved this story. It was full of action, drama, suspense, and danger. I give it 4.5-star review and hope that the next one comes out soon. If you like MC, forbidden, suspenseful romance, then you will love this story. Two rival MC’s that are both dangerous and ruthless, need to find a common ground to save one girl. A story that will have you on the edge of your seat waiting for the sh*$ to hit the fan and fanning yourself from the heat and some of the sex scenes!

Ms. Sparxx says in the Author Notes that this is her first foray into writing MC Romance, and I think she hit it right on the nail with this one. I love it and can’t wait for more of this series.

4.5-Star Review of Wanted (Men of Mayhem, Book one) by Kristen Luciani @kristen_luciani

Wanted

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✨ 4.5 out of 5

Whew! “Fanning self here” These Moreno men are hot, sexy, and very dangerous. Antonio and Tommy are the comic relief as well as being dangerous, but Vince and Diego are dangerous and lethal. Diego acts on instinct and his actions after the death of his father has left him in the crosshairs.

Diego is mesmerized by the woman speaking at the fund raiser. He’s always been intrigued by her but seeing her in person is not at all what he was expecting. She’s more beautiful in person and he knows that it’s dangerous if he pursues her. Little does he know that his actions six months prior has put his family and hers in direct paths and he will become her savior, again.

Serena has a secret that she doesn’t want to share with the world, but her new path in life has brought more danger to her family than they were expecting. Serena’s new foundation is in contrast to her family’s business, not hers directly, but the mafia’s.

This story was suspenseful, dangerous, and kept me on the edge of my seat towards the end. I loved every bit of it and I am so excited for the next story. I love watching these men who are so dangerous fall to their knees when their soul mates come into their line of sight. Watching a big, dark, dangerous man get taken down to a softy is so entertaining. I give this story a 4.5-star review and encourage readers who like mafia, dangerous men, and strong dangerous women to read Kristen Luciani’s books. They are great and you will not be disappointed.

Review of Mirage (Sinister Fairy Tales Collection) by C. M. Radcliff

Mirage_CMRadcliff_Banner

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5 out of 5

A tale of a dark, twisted, and dangerous man who meets his match when he becomes too greedy.

Jasper Lafar only wants possessions and money. He can’t see anything past the money he is determined to get his hands on, or the woman that he deems to be his possession. Too bad for him that the new toy he has acquired doesn’t want to play his games and has a mind of his own.

Jaslyn Astor is living in hell and she believes that she deserves everything that she receives. After losing her father, she was in a dark place and Jasper seemed to be a kind companion that was there for her and helped to bring her out of the darkness, but she soon found out that he only drug her into a deeper and darker hole that she believes she has no way of climbing out of.

Axel is a man who lives his life on his own terms and his way of life is dangerous and one fight at a time. His injury caused him to lose everything and now he has to find a way back to the top. He only has one person that has his back and he knows that he can count on him no matter what. His roommate and best-friend, Rush may have his issues, but Axel knows that he will always be there for him.

Whew, this book was dark, twisted, and hard to put down. I give it a 5-star review and need more now! Jaslyn and Axel are playing with fire in this story and I need to know what’s going to happen now. Jasper is the character that you instantly will hate in this story. If you like fairy tales, dark, twisted stories, or forbidden love, then you will love this story. The Prologue was so dark, but in a way, it was also beautiful. I particularly loved the line, “Only in the moments of our death are we flawless.”

Wow…such a great story!

Smith Sinclair has better things to do than to try to run off a nosy reporter. He’s head of security for the Wilder’s and his job is to protect them, their family and most importantly, their secrets. He has no idea that this nosy little reporter will turn his world upside down and sideways in such a short time. She’s a challenge he’s not sure he can handle.

Kate McKenna is trying to liver her mother’s life that was taken from her. She enjoys being a journalist, but she wants to do a story that will make the headlines and get her a Pulitzer, not necessarily for herself, but for her mother who sacrificed her life for Kate. Kate has not had an easy life. It seems that trouble follows her and holds on to her no matter what she does.

I loved this story. The suspense kept me on the edge of my seat and wanting so much more. The song and dance between Smith and Kate is great to read, add in the crazies and the story was beyond awesome. I give this story a 5-star review and whole heartedly recommend it to readers that love suspense, sexy, strong, Alpha men who are taken to their knees by a strong sassy woman, or stories that have twist and turns so crazy that you are looking at the book saying, “What the HECK?!” I loved Kate and wanted to step in and throat punch her family for her. My hat off to Ms. Charles for her writing, each of her books that I read just makes me want more.

Review: Striking Distance by LK Shaw @LKShaw_Author @LWoodsPR #LoveUndercoverSeries #InTooDeep #StrikingDistance #VictorAndEstelle

SD_FBbanner_AvailableNow

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✨ 4.5 out of 5

Is love real or is it just as Estelle has always thought it was, just a joke? Estelle’s parents did a real job on her while she was growing up and they still have the power to hurt her and make her feel as though she has no one on her side. She’s always been able to count on her best-friend, Ines’ family. When she gets into trouble and Ines isn’t around to help her out, the next best person to help her is Ines’ brother Victor, the one man that makes Estelle have butterflies in her stomach.

Victor is a police office. He followed in his family’s footsteps and serves his city the same as his father, older brothers and his younger sister. He’s had a thing for Estelle since she was sixteen years old. He’s been avoiding it for years, but with having her living in the same house with him and only one room away, he can’t deny his feelings any longer. Now he just has to convince her that they should be together.

This story is full of suspense, heat, danger, and the loyalty of family that have each other’s backs all the time, no matter whether they are angry with them or not. This story was fast paced, easy to read and left me wanting more of the characters in this series. I give this story a 4.5-star review and I look forward to the next book. If you like stories about cartels, hot police officers, and family loyalty, you need to one-click Striking Distance.

Walking the line, exercising self-control, and respecting boundaries was never my thing.

Thou shall not covet thy neighbor’s wife—it’s one of the ten commandments and the number one rule you don’t break when you’re a prospect for the Satan’s Knights. I fell in love with the former vice president’s wife. A lethal mistake on my behalf, that only left me bitter and standing on the edge of an overpass.

I would’ve jumped if it hadn’t been for the terrified girl, crying on the other side of the fence. She was seventeen and the district attorney’s daughter. She was also pregnant with my little brother’s baby. Desperate to avoid the wrath of her powerful father, she hid her pregnancy and protected us all in the process.

If anyone deserved a happy ending it was Carrie.

What she got instead was a damn tragedy. The kind of unimaginable horror that crushes your soul and breaks your heart. Now, we’re both standing on the edge of the overpass, walking a different kind of line, ready to jump.

About Janine

Janine Infante Bosco lives in New York City, she has always loved reading and writing. When she was thirteen, she began to write her own stories and her passion for writing took off as the years went on. My Review:

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5 out of 5

From the Foreward to the end of this story, I was crying, hoping for the best, and cheering on Nico. I was heartbroken for him and his family, but I also wanted him to find his HEA. He had a rough time finding it, and it was the expense of others, but he finally finds his love.

Nico is a prospect for the Satan Knights who just wants to follow in his father’s footsteps, but his prospect duties could push him over the edge. He isn’t tested like the other prospects his tests are personal and they could destroy his family as well as him.

I loved this story even though it was tragic and heart wrenching. Nico has a hard time seeing himself in a good light, but he’s not the bad person he thinks he is. He’s just a man who falls for the wrong woman and can’t find his way to true happiness without someone getting hurt. He just keeps getting put into the wrong situations and needs someone to see the real him and understand his heart.

I give this story a 5-star review and whole heartedly recommend this story. If you’ve read any of the Satan Knights stories, you will love this one just as much as the others. The only thing is, make sure you have the tissues handy. Being Property of Parrish means so much more in this story to me. It shows two people finding the love they both need and want so badly, but they have to go through so much to get there. They’ll have to find their way back to each other for their HEA, and they will, eventually, but they need to heal before they can find that love and forever.
