⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✨ 4.5 out of 5

Is love real or is it just as Estelle has always thought it was, just a joke? Estelle’s parents did a real job on her while she was growing up and they still have the power to hurt her and make her feel as though she has no one on her side. She’s always been able to count on her best-friend, Ines’ family. When she gets into trouble and Ines isn’t around to help her out, the next best person to help her is Ines’ brother Victor, the one man that makes Estelle have butterflies in her stomach.

Victor is a police office. He followed in his family’s footsteps and serves his city the same as his father, older brothers and his younger sister. He’s had a thing for Estelle since she was sixteen years old. He’s been avoiding it for years, but with having her living in the same house with him and only one room away, he can’t deny his feelings any longer. Now he just has to convince her that they should be together.

This story is full of suspense, heat, danger, and the loyalty of family that have each other’s backs all the time, no matter whether they are angry with them or not. This story was fast paced, easy to read and left me wanting more of the characters in this series. I give this story a 4.5-star review and I look forward to the next book.
