She is the oldest child, but she is also the black sheep of the family in their eyes. She is strong, deadly, ruthless and she is the light to Sol’s dark.

I liked this story and found the twists and suspense to pull me into the story. The story flowed so well, and it was action packed. The characters were all different and surprising in some ways. The darkness and the kindness of some of the characters were what made the story interesting. I have been enjoying the retelling of the tales in a dark and sinister way in The Sinister Fairy Tales collection. If you like stories with strong women, dark men, and deadly characters, you will love these books. I give this story a 4.5-star review and suggest you one-click it as soon as possible. It’s a fairly quick read and once you start reading it you may not want to put it down until the end.

I really enjoyed this story. There were so many twists and so much deception going on, but it kept the pages turning. I had not read the first two books in the series, but I was not lost in this story as it covers the past enough to let you know what is going on. I did purchase the other two books prior to this one though so that I can understand the whole story. I’ve only read Blurred Red Lines so far, but I loved it as much as I did this one. I give this story a 4.5-star review and suggest that you buy this book and read it if you are a fan of Cartel, suspense, or stories with strong women who can hold their own with the deadly men they align themselves with.

An interesting twist to the mythology that I am used to. “He chose to become a God; I was forced to become a nightmare. Now it’s time for us to meet again”.

The story of how Herakles lived after becoming a God, and the bad choice he made to sentence the love of his life to an eternity of Hell and torture. Can he show her that he regrets his choice and really does love her, or is it too late?

Megara is sentenced to a life of torture and Hell. She made a bad deal with the sister who despises Herakles, and it is Megara’s destruction as well. She will never forgive him for this betrayal. She wants him dead at her hands and she has been promised her redemption by Hades himself.

This story is tragic, twisted, and hard to put down. I give it a 4-star review. This is my first novel in the Ryze Series, but I will be reading more. I need to find out what happens in the leg of their quest. If you like fantasy and mythology, you really should read this book. Besides it’s another great read in the Sinister Fairy Tales.
