Review of Monster: Filthy Rich Villains by Vanessa Waltz @VanessaWaltz

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5 out of 5

Tony’s father didn’t want him to follow in his footsteps. He wanted him to have the chance to make his way in life away from the Mafia. He’s a businessman and is not the head of the family, but his hands aren’t as clean as his father had wanted. Tony is on a mission to destroy and rid Boston of the traffickers and the MC that started his revenge. However, his cousin Vinny, the head of the family wants him distracted and out of the way so he can complete his own cleaning process.

Evie is a pawn for her father, the president of the MC that Tony is trying to take down. She has no idea the true depravity that her father and his MC are capable of. She’s used and threatened by her father to do as he tells her, and she could be as culpable as her father if the authorities looked closely. Tony has chosen her to marry him and bring the MC and the mafia together and call a truce, but neither one of them know the depths of deception they are the center of.

I loved this story. Tony had a dark and twisted past at the hands of some twisted people and wants revenge and vengeance for all he went through, but also for all the depravity and pain that the others have gone through at the hands of the same people that hurt him. He’s determined to still have his vengeance but now he is determined to keep his new wife safe and protect her. When she finds herself in the hands of a twisted man, Tony will go to any length to get her back and protect her. I was glad to read Tony’s story. He went through a lot but he’s on his way to finding his peace now that he has someone in his life that cares about him and wants him for the man he is. I give this story a 5-star review and really hope there are more of these characters to come.
