Review of “Valor of Love”, by Tracy Cooper-Posey

I am not generally a Historical Romance reader, but I did enjoy this story.

The Great Family is lives their lives the to the fullest and the way they want without concern for what their Society deems inappropriate. It is refreshing to read about a family like this and see that they are normal and have normal lives even though they are part of royalty. Thomsett and Lilly’s story is touching, rewarding, and courageous. The fact that they have both been hurt, but heal each other, even though they should not be together shows their caring nature and their strength to become survivors.

Thomsett thinks he is broken beyond repair, but finds his strength in Lilly. He also shows Lilly that what broke her was not her fault and that she is worthy of love. He helps her to come out of her shell and re-enter society and take her rightful place in her family. This also brings Thomsett to take his rightful place in society and accept his inheritance.

Enjoyable read, and heart wrenching at times.
