A sovereign son that vows to never marry and a sovereign daughter that has been ruined and is in danger from multiple directions. Will Judge and Mercedes ever overcome their pasts and find a path through their future and find happiness?

IVI has many layers to their rules and life, but when Mercedes’ secret comes to light, Judge steps up to protect her. It puts him in position of her brother finding out their secret. Mercedes has come a long way since she has been under Judge’s care, but she still has her rebellious and stubborn side. When she acts on these, she finds herself in more trouble than she needs to be in.

I am loving this series and I love Judge and Mercedes. They are great characters that need to overcome so much from their pasts if they want to have a happy life, but Judge is so determined to stay in the past that he may lose Mercedes forever. Judge is a powerful man, but even powerful men have their Achilles heals and can be blinded by their lives and their pasts. A death helps Mercedes realize that she is no different than her sister in-law and that she needs to find a way to overcome their past and move on if she wants to have a part in Santiago’s life and his families. I give this book a 5-star review and I need Their Reign ASAP!

Nixon has seen firsthand what happens to loved ones when a soldier doesn’t make it back home and he has vowed to never put any woman in that position with him. He is a man that does do relationships. When he rescues his brother’s girl after being kidnapped and offers to go with her best friend to pick up her car and her clothes and belongings from the hotel, he finds that he is attracted to Mallory, but he is determined to stay away because if something went bad between them, it would not be good for his brother and Magnolia. The problem is that Nixon can’t forget Mallory even a week after their meeting.

Now that Magnolia has been rescued and she is good, Mallory takes notice of Nixon, and she finds her confidence after they go to lunch and pick up Magnolia’s car and clothes. However, she finds that Nixon is not on the same page as her. She’s willing to go against her usual dating and relationship persona to have a friend with benefits with Nixon, but he refuses and leaves Mallory feeling like she misread the situation. However, she can’t seem to get Nixon out of her head.

I really liked this story and the characters. I liked that A.K. Evans wrote this story to coincide with Magnolia and Killian’s story. This story made more sense with that backstory and the intermingling of the characters from both series. The story had some unpredictable scenes and some wow scenes. I loved Mal and Nixon together. I loved Rockstars & Romance Series and going into the Harper Security Ops Series was seamless. I love the characters and the story lines in this series, and I am looking forward to more of these Harper Security men and the women that show them what life is like with the right partner standing beside them. I give this story a 5-star review.

Wow, I don’t even know where to start with this. I loved the book and the characters. Hurricane is a man that doesn’t trust easily, but when he trusts someone, he trusts completely. Losing Razor was hard in Hurricane, and he was a drift for a while, but when he finally found his new VP, he began to find his footing again, until he met Kaia.

This story was explosive, full of action, great characters, and a newfound book boyfriend. I loved Hurricane. He’s not an easy man to love, but when he started to show his true self, it was great. His gentleness with Lani, his love for Ingrid and Novah, and his love for Bayou and his club brothers shows he’s a man that loves deeply and hard. His past experience with women may have given him pause about Kaia, but when they opened up to each other it was great.

I loved the story, the characters, and the I fell in love with the NOLA Defiance. I can’t wait to read City’s book and more in the series. I love KE Osborn’s books and the Defiance MC has always been a favorite of mine. I am looking forward to more of these guys. I give this book a 5-star review.

After tragedy comes pain and destruction. Then when the light shines bright, and Riddick finds a way to get out of the darkness, his past comes back to haunt him again and he has more of a fighting chance this time. He just has to heed the warnings of Madame Laveaux and follow the right path.

This was a brutal, raw story of pain, tragedy, deception and finding a way out of the despair that can drag you down when you lose someone you love. It was a great read and as always, the characters from the New Orleans National Chapter are great to read. I loved it and I loved Riddick and Abigail’s story. New Orleans is a place of mystery and secrets. When secrets begin to come to light, danger follows and Riddick has to make a decision of which path to choose, when he chooses the wrong path, he has to rely on his brothers to act quickly and save the love of his life, but will they be too late? I give this book a 5-star review and look forward to reading Belle Macabre.
