The conclusion to this trilogy was great! The story drew me in and held on tight until the ending. It was twisted, dark and tragic throughout, but the ending was great. Tristan’s dark, twisted past haunts him and holds him prisoner until Luna shines a light on and shows him that life can be lived and not just move through the motions. She gives him a reason to live and look for the light.
Luna has uncovered many secrets, but she’s also kept her own from Logan. Now that all of the secrets have to light, she needs to find a way to move on and live her life, but can she find a place for Tristan to live it with her? Can they overcome the darkness and find a way to live their lives rather than move through life?
I loved this trilogy and the characters in the book.

Ty is the VP of the Hell’s Handlers MC, Florida Chapter and he’s older than the young girl he helped rescue from traffickers. He’s the only man that can touch Kelsie without her freaking out after what she’s been through. He keeps his distance though because he wants her to heal, but when she disappeared without a trace he can’t get her out of his mind. So when she resurfaces, he stays by her side. Ty has his own past to deal with too.
Kelsie is fighting her mind and her past, so her healing is taking longer. When her past life comes back to the surface, she has a hard time coping and finds herself back in the protection of the Hell’s Handlers MC, but she finds that she wants to open up a bit and is making friends with the Old Ladies. Her past is is haunting enough, but when secrets are revealed about it, she’ll find refuge and safety in the arms of an older man that will do anything to protect her.
I love Ty and his protective and caring nature with Kelsie. The story was heartbreaking, but also a beautiful match. I loved it!
My first read of Trick and it was awesome! I loved the entire book. Trick and Hadley are great together and perfect for each other. I love the characters as well as the storyline.
Trick is looking for a second chance at life. He has his own business and with one misstep, he’s in trouble again with the law. His only chance at staying out of jail is a little girl and her mom. Heโs paired with a six year old girl in the Champion Partners program to help the little girl and give her the male role model sheโs craving.
Hadley has been struggling to make ends meet and to bring her daughter back to her and give her the support she needs to brighten her eyes again. Sheโs not too sure how this program or the man Riley is paired with will work, but sheโs willing to try and to give him a chance. When she sees Riley start to open up to Trick things start to look bright for Hadley and Riley. I love the pink Converse n the cover!
One night and one tragic event changes everything for Camden. His best friend is shot while on a call and Camden is there with him. It changes his whole perspective of how he’s living his life. Realization that he needs to step up and go after the one woman that means so much to him rather than run from her and the feelings he’s trying to ignore.
Cassie has known Camden since high school and has crushed on him almost as long, but after they finally go out and then she doesn’t hear back from him, she’s decided to block her heart from him. However, he has other plans when he finally figures out that he was an idiot.
I love Laramie Briscoe and she knows how to write great characters, and with her corroboration with Chasity Bowlin on the Bellehaven Hotties, I ‘ve found a new to me author and want to read more of Chasity’s work. The stories in this series are fun, intense at times, and full of wonderful characters. I can’t wait for the next one to come out.

Another great story by Marie James!
Brielle needs protection, understanding, and patience. She hasnโt had an easy life and sheโs learned to protect herself and erect a shield around herself and her heart. Will she ever find her true self or will she always have to fight and protect who she is?
Newton knows how a person can hide from the world by erecting walls and shields around them to protect themselves. He learned how as a young boy, but he was able to fight some of that and learned that not everyone was out to hurt him. Now heโll show Brielle that she can drop her shields and let him in, but heโll have to be patient with her.
I loved this story. I donโt think Iโve read a book yet by Marie James that I havenโt fallen in love with the characters or story. I canโt wait for the next chapter In Tennessee to come out.
