ARGH! Not again. I need to know how this is going to end.

Grant has never stopped loving Mia, but he is having a hard time seeing her side of things and forgiving her. He has his own theory on what happened and Joaquin’s situation. His digging can only cause more questions and more theories to come to light.

Mia’s whole reason for making herself into someone else was to save her brother’s life, not get Grant back, but she can’t deny that it’s a great perk to the situation. She’s having a hard time seeing things the way Grant is presenting them, but she knows that she loves him and doesn’t want move on in life without him.

Wow! This story is full of twists, intrigue, secrets, deception and some serious psycho characters. I loved every page of the story and was so frustrated when it ended. I want more. I hate having to wait until May for the next part of the story, but I am sure that it will be worth the wait. I have no problem with books ending on a cliff-hanger, what I do hate is the wait to get the rest of the story. I give this story a 5-star review and highly recommend it to readers who enjoy twisted, psychotic characters, military men that will do just about anything to protect their loved ones. I cannot wait for Deadly Scandals. Ms. Albertson has done a great job with this story and the suspense is killing me. I actually love the suspense and she’s done a great job with the build up and leaving me wanting so much more.

The story and characters just keep getting better with each book.

Alarick “Flick” took over as the President of the King’s Descendants MC before he was actually ready to, but he had no choice. It also meant that he had to keep secrets, dangerous secrets, that could destroy the club and get him killed. He is determined now to keep his woman Briella safe, healthy, and out of trouble.

Briella has a secret that she has been asked to keep. She isn’t sure if she was dreaming, still under the influence of drugs from her surgery, or it if was real, but she saw her stepfather, King again. He’s supposed to be dead, but is he actually alive? Briella has come to terms with her sister’s death, but now she has some new information. The new information and secrets that she is carrying will put her in more danger and trouble because she can’t help herself from digging up the truth.

This story is full of suspense, twists, intrigue, danger, and a very strong-willed woman who doesn’t think before she reacts. Flick and Briella are explosive together in more than one way, they butt heads because she is so strong headed, and he is trying to protect his club as well as her. Secrets will come between these two and they will fight to overcome their distrust and stay on top of the danger that they are all in, but they won’t give up trying to get answers or finding peace in those answers and destroying the group that is threatening not only them, but also the people around them.

I give this story a 5-star review and loved every page I read. I cannot wait for the next book. I highly recommend this book and series if you like MC, dark material, Hero’s that are a little tarnished, or strong women who get themselves into all kinds of trouble. I love the characters in this story and am looking forward to more on the men of the MC, as well as the women that drive them nuts. I also love the unique names of the characters in this book.

Wow! Talk about a take charge kind of guy, Killian is that man!

Ellie would do anything for her best friend Bri, no matter the time of day, what the situation, she will be there to help her or rescue her. She is her Ride or Die. When Bri calls Ellie one night to come rescue her from some guys at a house party, neither one of them are ready for the what will happen next, nor do they realize the situation they are both in.

Killian noticed Ellie years ago, but he wasn’t ready for her then. When he happens to see her someplace, she is not supposed to be he finds the chance to claim her as his. Her reluctance will not deter him one bit. He has known for years that she would be his forever, now he just has to make her understand that. It will take more than his words though, as the situation that brings them back together makes Ellie think that he is only trying to protect her. Little does she know that his protection will be for the rest of her life.

I loved this story. From the first page to the end, this book had me enthralled. I wanted to know Killian’s past, the connection these two had, and how things were going to end up. I was pulling for Killian the whole time, but Ellie’s sassiness, strong will, and independence really gave Killian a run for his money. The danger these two face and the end result just kept my mind glued to the story and I hated to see it end. I look forward to more of the guys that work with Killian, and hopefully Elliott’s story as well.

I give this story a 5-star review and recommend it to readers who like women that think for themselves, have their lives together, and find the one man who can tame them, as well as Alpha men who just take what they want when they find that woman that can tame them. If you like men that work right at the line of legal and illegal, you will enjoy this story.

She came out of nowhere and he had no chance against her. She wasn’t someone he would have noticed if it hadn’t been for the circumstances.

Liam is a rough biker in The Chaos Chasers MC. He has been a member of the MC for a while and his only family is his younger sister Alex. He will do whatever he has to in order to keep her safe, but when she is shot right in front of him and his brothers there’s nothing they can do because they are across the street from her. In the hospital where she works, she is now recovering from that gunshot wound. The shy little nurse that is caring for her catches Liam’s eye and he is blindsided by the young woman.

Erin was raised by strict religious parents that have their ideas of how their daughter should live her life, which nowhere near what her ideas are. Her parents do not think she needs to go to college or have a job. They believe that she should be married to a man who can take care of her. This is so far from what she wants for her life. She loves her internship and knows that nursing is where she wants to be. She wants to feel as though she is contributing to life, not letting a man take care of her. However, with her strict upbringing, she was sheltered and is shy. Her confidence really needs boosting too.

I loved these two together. Talk about opposites attracting, wow! A rough around the edge’s biker and a shy young girl raised by strictly Catholic parents, you can’t get much different than that. The thing is, Erin may be shy, quiet, and have low confidence in herself, but she respects herself and she knows she is attracted to the big, bad biker. She knows what she wants in life and she won’t let anyone hold her back or dictate how she should live it. I love her backbone and her determination to stay on her course. She finally finds the confidence she needs to stand up to her parents, although it took a dangerous situation for to find it, she did. If you like MC, big bad bikers that can be brought to their knees by a shy, beautiful, quiet girl, and women finding their strength in love, then you will love this story as well as the entire series. I read the books from the first one, Nate, to book 4, Liam and loved all of these characters. They are rough, kind, strong, and very fun to read. I give this book a 5-star review.

Two of my favorite mafia authors joined up to write an awesome story!

Kat was sure that she was going to die, and she had no way to protect Josh. Lev is not home yet, Pasha was shot, and now Andrei has a gun to her head. She’s sure that she will not be able to get out here alive with Josh and Lev.

Lev walks into a sight that makes him see red and makes him sick at the same time. He can hear Josh screaming upstairs, but his focus is on Kat and Andrei. He needs to stop Andrei and get Kat and Josh out of here alive and safe.

I really liked this ending to this duet. There are so many twists to this story and they just show how twisted up so many lives can be. The secrets that come to light in this story could destroy so many lives, but luckily, it makes Kat and Lev stronger and draws them closer. They have so much in common and their lives were so intertwined. I love the strength that Kat finds in herself to survive and fight for her love with Lev and her family.

I give this story a 4.5-star review and highly recommend the duet if you are a reader of Mafia, love stories with secrets, twists, and strong women who fight for their families. Also, if you like stories that are dark, rough, or twisted, you really need to one-click this series. A. Zavarelli and Natasha Knight are awesome authors for stories like this and they did not disappoint with this duet!

Wow!!! This book was full of dark, twisted, amazing men and women.

Bash is the new VP of the Kings of Carnage he likes his life the way it is and can’t imagine himself doing anything but hanging with his brothers in the MC and doing his job. He wasn’t born into the MC but found his way there after meeting Chaos, his best-friend. He has stood behind Chaos and will always have his back.

Savannah is trying to keep a low profile, she has a junky old car that she bought with cash the day she went on the run, works as a waitress for payment under the table, and has no working cell phone. The night she broke down on her way home is the night that changed her life in many ways. It opened her up for trouble, but it also gave her the one man that would do anything to protect her and love her.

I loved these two. I love the sassiness and strength of Savannah the kindness and toughness of Bash and I loved their love story. This is the second book in the Kings of Carnage MC, and it was just as good if not better than Chaos’ book. I love the writing style of both Hilary Storm and Sapphire Knight and with both books the characters were real, and fun to read. I give this story a 5-star review and look forward to more in this series. Savannah’s strength and perseverance are admirable, as well as how she doesn’t instantly form an opinion of Bash just based on the fact that he is in an MC or his appearance when she first sees him, although her first introduction to him is quite a bit different than most people, it still shows that she is a kind and generous soul. I love her!

Chaos is the son of the President of the Kings of Carnage, he was raised in the MC, but he wants better for sister and he made a deal with his father, Vic, to keep her and his mother away from the MC life and give them a better life. His father is a ruthless, mean, dark, twisted individual that has no problem going back on his word. He deserves what he gets in this story and it made me happy to see that Chaos and his small group of friends were not afraid to stand up for what was right. He’s the Enforcer for the Kings of Carnage now, but he still has his morals and his own mind.

She’s quiet, shy, and unlucky in the fact that her father owes the MC a lot of money. She will become collateral for her father’s non-payment, but she won’t be hurt or used in the way that Vic wants if Chaos has his way. When Cambri first meets Chaos, he seems to be a nice guy that cares and protects those that can’t protect themselves. However, her second meeting with him has her scared to death and she fears that she won’t make it out alive.

I loved this story and the characters are awesome. I can’t wait to read more of these MC men. They are rough and don’t do things the legal way, but they have morals and are not as ruthless as the old guard. I give this story a 5-star review and recommend it to readers who enjoy reading MC stories, stories of men who maintain their morals and will help those that need it, or stories with dark, twisted minds that are dealt with the only way they should be. I ran across this series by chance and bought the first two book in the series. These books are about men of the Kings of Carnage MC, but each officer is written by a different author. I can’t wait for more of these bikers and the women that tame them.

Charlie has had to live in the shadows for several years now. His own mother thinks he’s dead. When he needs help tracking down some information, he goes to the only person he trusts, his handler, Annabel. He has a secret that he can’t let out and it’s hard to work with Annabel without her knowing what he is or who he is because his feelings for her are changing daily. He will protect her and kill for her, but she has no idea of that.

Annabel is Charlie’s handler, but she’s never worked in the field as an agent, she’s a desk agent and a nerd. She’s very well versed in hacking and getting information that has been hidden or is supposed to be kept hidden. After she helped Charlie with a personal matter, he promised to help her if she ever needed him. Well, it just so happens that she needs him now, but neither one of them are aware of the danger she has put herself in with her snooping. At least not yet.

These two are explosive when they come together. I don’t read a lot of paranormal stories as they aren’t always up my alley for genre, but it seems that when I do read one, it blows me away. I loved this story, the plot, the characters, the story line, all of it was entertaining, intriguing, and an awesome read. I give this story a 5-star read and highly recommend it to readers that are looking for some spice, a look into paranormal, or if you like undercover agents, strong women, or Alpha men. It was a great read and I couldn’t put it down until the end of the book once I started reading it. I will be reading more of this series and I look forward to it.
