Betrayal, secrets, deceit, and danger all in one dark, page-turning book.

Midnight was trapped, but he loved his girls. He would do anything for them. He’s done with women though after the mother of his twin daughters shows her true colors and leaves Midnight hurting and worried that he won’t see his girls enough.

Lainey is a young woman that is willing to find a way to survive, but when she takes the advice of her roommate, that is not her friend, she finds herself in a situation that she would never intentionally go into. When the leather wearing biker comes over and guides her to the couch he’s sitting on, she’s not sure what he wants. When Midnight explains things to her and tells her that he’s only trying to protect her, she relaxes, a little.

Midnight and Lainey have both been deceived and betrayed, now they are both trying to find their way to the HEA they both deserve.

I love the characters in this series and Midnight’s story was just a great as the others. I can’t wait to read more of the Lotus MC books to come.

The second book in The Azure Ridge Series and it was just as good as the first one. There were so many emotions in this book and it started off wreaking havoc on my emotions.

This book had some twists and turns in it, but in the end Trace and Katie found common ground and were able to make a life together. The Miller’s and the Brown’s are well known and have money or land that created their notoriety. The happy, loving family in each household is a front, and have caused the insecurity, mistrust, and controversies that arise with Trace and Katie.

I enjoyed the story and I look forward to more in the series by Selena Sanders.

Total Carnage is a book with twists and turns and unexpected outcomes. While I enjoyed the book and the characters, there were a few parts that were a little off for me.

The characters were great and I loved that Ghost was back with a vengeance and wanted to fine Raven with no worries about what could happen to him. I would have liked to have more information/introduction of Ghost with the RBMC. It was like he met Jameson and then he was just a Royal Bastard.

In some parts of the story it seemed as though they happened after an initial part should have happened. It was a bit confusing in some parts, but I’m looking forward to reading more of the Lexington, KY chapter of the RBMC.

This book was okay. I found Ainsley to be very immature and followed Nova too blindly. She worshiped the ground her brother walked on, and believed everything that Nova told her. She didn’t seem to have a thought of her own and I found it to be irritating.

Reese had his own issues with his guilt over Trinity, even though he really didn’t love her. I felt that he thought she would be someone he could have to come home to, but there really didn’t seem to be any love for her. Only a friendship of sorts. Maybe just a warm body to go to bed with.

I liked the book, but feel it’s a three star read.

The second book in the RBMC Tijuana, MX series. Saving Blood is a book of secrets, betrayal, danger, and vengeance. It has some dark elements and triggers, be sure to read the trigger warnings before reading the book.

Maxine didn’t have a great childhood, so she decided to go out on her own, but with limited knowledge of the world and how dangerous it can be she finds herself somewhere she shouldn’t be and then her life if turned upside down. However, she’s learned to make the best of what she can and finds a way to get out of the danger and darkness.

Blood and his president, were exiled to Mexico after they had some issues in San Diego, CA with the RBMC. Now they need to make the Mexico Chapter profitable and keep their noses clean. They will fight for those that can’t fight for themselves and protect the innocent lives that the Cartel are trying to destroy. He doesn’t do drama.

I enjoyed this story of Blood and Maxine. I love how Maxine learned to make her life better and find a way to survive the darkness that took her. I look forward to the next book in the Mexico Chapter.

The Cerberus MC, Las Vegas chapter has come out strong. I love the characters, the stories and as always the cameo’s of the OG’s from the Cerberus MC.

I love that Marie James created two new chapters of the Cerberus MC and the characters she’s brought on are just lethal as the OG’s. The chemistry between the new members and chapters is just getting started and I love that Las Vegas has yet to appoint a President of that chapter.

I love Rooster’s story. It was different and so very entertaining. The nerd of the group, Rooster sits in his office most the time during an op and guides his teammates through their ops. This time it’s his op and he uses everything he has to find the perpetrator, but he’ll need some help from Wren, the Blackbridge Security IT expert for this op.

I loved this second book in the Knoxville chapter.

Rocky and Birdie were great! I loved the story, how things unfolded, and the characters. The secrets revealed in the first book with Knox and Eliza show up in Rocky Top and Birdie will have to decide if she’s all in or if she wants to run and hide.

This book will bring changes to the Knoxville Chapter after the visit from Rocky’s blood brother, Villain from the Nashville Chapter. They’ll have to decide if they are willing to make changes and if so who’s side will they be on.

I loved this book and I can’t wait for more of this series with Morgan Jane Mitchell.

It will take some time for these three to come together, work out their problems and find their HEA, but with love, patience, and some final words that come from the grave, it could happen.

This book was packed with steam, a stalker, and past trauma. I look forward to more in this series to come. It’s one of those books you hate to put down or see end, due to the steam and great characters.
