Tristan “Sorrow” has a job to do, but he doesn’t have to be happy about where that job is. As long as he completes the job and doesn’t screw it up, he’ll be fine. No matter how much he tells himself this, his heart wont’ allow it. Sorrow hates New York and the fact that he has to pick up Sophia and take her back to New Orleans to her future husband doesn’t make him any happier to do this job.

Sophia “Queen” was promised to a Mafia leader by her parents so that they could climb the ladder of luxury. They promised Marcus King a man in his 50’s that he could marry Sophia when she turns eighteen and Arthur has been contacted to bring the girl to Marcus. Sophia was under the impression that her parents had made a different plan for her, because her father promised her that she would not be sent to Marcus.

This is the final book in the series. Such a tragic ending to this story, but a beautiful ending to the series. The Cavalieri Della Morte may be a group of lethal, dark, dangerous men, but they all learn that they have a heart and are able to care for others outside the brotherhood. The women that come into their lives are proof of it, but this story is also proof of it. The fact that Sophia “Queen” is accepted into their lives and that these men won’t let her leave them or the world because of her broken heart.

I give this story a 5-star review and highly recommend readers to one-click this book as well as the others in the Cavalieri Della Morte Series and read them. They are full of darkness, suspense, twists, and awesome characters.

However, when a new neighbor, Olivia, moves in and needs his help, he’s more than willing to help her out, but he has to keep things neighborly and not revert to his old ways. He has Lucy to worry about now and he is determined to get her to trust him and believe that he won’t walk away from her.

Lucy and Olivia are becoming fast friends and Animal has no choice but to include Olivia when Lucy asks, not that he minds including Olivia.

I liked this story and the commitment and care that Animal shows Lucy is wonderful. For a young girl who was not always shown care by her own mother, it’s hard for her to change her way of thinking and to trust an outsider. Even though Animal is her father, he is still an outsider to her. Lucy will have to overcome some obstacles before she will fully trust her father, but with the patience and care that he shows, it will come eventually. Animal and Olivia are pretty much made for each other and their love story will develop once Olivia overcomes her past and demons.

If you like MC stories and enjoy reading about tough guys being brought to their knees by little girls and sexy women, then you should one-click this book and read it.

Oh My!!! I love Arthur! After reading the other books in the Cavalieri Della Morte, I has such a different view of Arthur, but with reading his book, I have to say that I would love to meet this man. The cover photo of Arthur is very sexy too.

Arthur is a ruthless, heartless, mean leader. After reading Inexorable, I now know why he is the way he is. Just like the other men in the Cavalier that work for Arthur, he is a man who has been hurt and needs to find someone who can mend his heart.

Gaia is a young woman who has been hurt, humiliated, and abused since she was a little girl. She has found a way to gain some of herself back, but not many know that she is the lethal person who is ridding the world of the sick men who Charles Russo brings to his home.

Arthur believes that if he is holding Gaia and her twin brother Gabriel that their father Charles will come to rescue them, but little does he know that they are just pawns in Charles’ world too.

This story like the others has a lot brutal killing, and enough twists to keep you wondering throughout the book. I love it and am so sad that there is only one more book in this series. These books are dark, twisted, and has such sexy Alpha characters in them. They are not for the faint hearted, or for readers who are afraid of the dark. I give this story 5 shining stars and recommend it whole heartedly.

These men are so sexy, dangerous, and loyal to each other. They trust each other with their lives and the lives of the women who end up bringing them to their knees.

Dustan finds the woman who will bring him to his knees by mistake. While out on a job, he is approached by a woman who doesn’t look too sure of herself and doesn’t want the attention of the men the bar, so she thinks Dustan is the safe bet to sit by and start a conversation with. Little does she know he is probably the deadliest man in the whole bar.

Cherise “Cherry” wants to get out and make friends in Chicago. She’s been there for a year and spends most of her time sitting in her apartment and keeping to herself. After reading a book about coming out of her shell, she decides to go to the local bar. She doesn’t want to worry too much about the men coming onto her so she finds a man that looks like he doesn’t want to be bothered and sits next to him. This whole night will change her life in so many ways.

I loved Cherise and the determination she has as well as how she really does come out of her shell and be the strong, beautiful woman that should be. I love how Dustan helps her find that person and he doesn’t doubt her at any point, even when she doubts herself. They are a strong couple, and they each make the other stronger and better.

I give this story 5 bright stars. I love how the characters in this series show the same traits. Each couple brings out the best in the other and they are all stronger and better together. It has been a great series so far and I cannot wait for the other books in the series. I cannot recommend this story or this series enough. Everyone should one-click and read all of them. You won’t be disappointed.

Ryan “Dirty Harry” Callahan woke to the sounds of someone shouting and the beeping of a large truck backing up. His head throbbed as if someone inside chiselled away at his temples. The shouting and beeping continued and he groaned. Where the fuck was he?

He cracked an eye open and pain shot behind his eyeballs. He tried again, slowly. This time, he paid attention to his surroundings. He was in his own bed. What the hell had happened?

Then he remembered. The party at Money’s place, Ian Black, and a whole lot of drinking and laughing. He’d indulged too much, which wasn’t something he ever really did. He usually had an iron will about alcohol and he guarded himself carefully.

But yesterday—shit, yesterday had been different.

Had Neo gotten drunk too? Had they taken an Uber, or had someone brought them home? They shared a house, though they each had their own floor. The kitchen was on his floor, but he didn’t smell coffee.

He dragged his hand across his body and reached for his phone. Outside, the shouting and clunking continued. The beeping had stopped, but now the noise was just as bad.

He picked up his phone and squinted. Noon? It was fucking noon?

He dragged his body upright, groaning. Then his gaze landed on the bottle of water and the two horse sized Motrin sitting beside it. Neo had written a note, which meant Neo hadn’t been as drunk as he had.

Gone to the range. Take these, bud. Eat some cereal if you can. Man, you were drunk as shit!

Ryan grabbed the pills and twisted open the water, downing them both. He finished the water and lay back, wishing his head would either split and kill him or stop pounding. The doorbell rang and shattered whatever peace he was trying to find. He lay there like death warmed over and prayed they’d go away.

Eventually, he climbed from the bed, grabbed his Sig, holding it at his side, and stumbled down the hall toward the door. He wished like hell he had the basement floor today, but it wasn’t to be.

“Fucking stop pressing that bell,” he yelled at whoever was on the other side. And just yelling it made his head threaten to split wide open. He reached the door and peered through the peephole.

A woman stood on the other side, arms crossed, foot tapping as she waited. He jerked the door open and growled at her.

“What do you want?”

Her eyes widened as they climbed from his midsection to his face. Then they widened some more. “Oh. Oh goodness, I am so sorry.” She held up both hands as if to ward him off. He squinted at her, because the light was killing him, but what he could see looked nice.

Long golden-brown hair, wide eyes, a pretty pink mouth. Her skin was tanned. She wore a loose T-shirt and shorts with flip flops. Her legs were long, long, long for a small girl. He’d be interested if he wasn’t so fucking hungover.

Across the street, a moving van sat kind of cockeyed in the street. His truck sat next to the curb, right in front of where the van needed to go.

It dawned on him what she wanted. “You want me to move the truck, right?”

She stared hard at his face. “Um, yes? I’m sorry, you clearly look like you’re ill or something, but—” She waved a hand behind her, didn’t move her eyes from his. “I’m moving in today and the van can’t get into the driveway.”

He shoved a hand through his hair. “Fine, I’ll get the keys.”

He turned and went over to the kitchen counter, found the keys and dropped the Sig, and headed back to the door. She was still standing there, back turned as she yelled something at someone across the street. He stepped onto the porch and she turned around again. Squeaked as her gaze dropped and then she dragged it up to his face again.

“I, um, oh dear,” she said. And then she laughed, throwing her hand over her mouth and giggling in a way that made him frown. Pretty laugh, though.

“What?”

“I’m sorry. Really. But, um—” She waved her hand in his general direction. “Shouldn’t you put on some pants?”

Ryan stood there, puzzling over her words. Then he looked down—and discovered he was completely and utterly naked. He was standing on the front porch in front of God and everybody, holding his keys, his dick standing at half-mast like a tired old soldier who couldn’t quite make it work.

Fucking hell…
