If you’re looking for a new series to read and are a fan of small town, second chance, ex-military, or romantic suspense, pick up Whispers in the Water by Nyssa Kathryn.

A great start to another great series by Nyssa Kathryn. I am excited to read more of the series and watch all of these guys meet their matches and the women that will humble them as well as bring them to their knees.

Maggie and Ethan were meant to be together, but circumstances beyond their controll and years of being run down by someone that should have been loving and protecting Maggie, caused them to break up. When Maggie starts to have weird things happening, she decides to move back home to Deep River, only to have her hometown in trouble as well her trouble following her.

I loved this story. It has the danger, suspense, and a bit of darkness that keeps the pages turning and the story exciting. I can’t wait to read the next book and read Joel and Polly’s story. Nyssa Kathryn always has great characters and wonderful stories. I always hate to see a book end, but can’t wait for her next release.
