Review of The Big Slick: A Small-Town Romance (A Good Run of Bad Luck, Book 7) by Giulia Lagomarsino

I loved Plaid Manβs story. Poor guy was beaten down at every turn, but he finally found his footing and figured out that the woman for him was there all along, all he had to do was man up, stop mistaking his girl for her sisters, and realize that what they have is forever.
I really love Giulia Lagomarsinoβs books. She has a great way of telling a story and bringing out the authenticity of the characters. They are funny, flawed, kind, generous, and real. I loved this story of Jake and Elle finding their way to each other and Elleβs family was hilarious. I loved that the Cortell brothers showed up in this book a bit more too. It was entertaining to read about another crazy family, crazier than the Cortellβs, I think. This book was a fun read, but also had some heartbreaking moments too. I loved it and I am looking forward to more stories by Giulia Lagomarsino to come. I will always buy her books and devour them. I give this story a 5-star review.
