He was the one that sat away from everyone else and kept to himself. He didn’t smile, didn’t engage with the other Cerberus MC teammates, and he was the quiet one. When the chance came to go to Cerberus MC, Gatlinburg, TN he wasn’t even one to ask questions. It was the perfect set up for Hemlock, he has no connections and is able to do the job without interference. Or is he?

The first job he is assigned is taking longer than planned or expected and there is more to it than he was prepared for. When he meets the beautiful bartender he should keep his distance, but that is not as easy to do as it should be. He’s drawn to her like no one else and she’s a complication he doesn’t need. He’ll fight the attraction as best he can, but when fate puts her two cents in, no has a chance.

This was the book I’ve been waiting for. Hemlock has been an enigma since he was first introduced and his story was worth the wait. He and Zara are perfect together! Their story is deep, dangerous and secrets are going to come out. Hemlock’s future with Cerberus MC is at stake, and he’s determined to fight for what he wants, but he’s worried that he won’t win. I loved the story, and as with all Cerberus MC books, the characters are great. I can’t wait to read more in this new spin off of Cerbers MC, Gatlinburg, TN.

Nikki Landis does RH, Paranormal, and MC’s with a lot of steam, danger, and wonderful characters. Twisted Iron is another example of this. I love to read Nikki’s books, they are always a great way to get pulled into some steamy, interesting situations.

Twisted Iron is a crossover with her RBMC series’ and it was a great read. I highly suggest you read her Tonopah and Las Vegas RBMC books and then read Twisted Iron. Her characters are always perfectly matched. Her MMC are loyal, protective, and very sexy and her FMC are always sassy, strong, and sexy. They are loyal to those that they call family and will do whatever it takes to protect and fight for their family.

I loved Twisted Iron and can’t wait for more in this series. Nikki Landis is always a one-click purchase for me as her stories draw me in from the first page and hold on tight until end, making it hard to finish the book because I always want more.

Once again, A. K. Evans has given us an emotional, healing second chance for one of Harper Security Ops’ men.

Banks is holding on to the only thing that is left that is important to him after tragedy struck his family. He doesn’t expect to find anyone to share his life, so he’s focused on his son. However, when Lamise walks into Harper Security Ops looking for a job, he can’t let her walk away without offering her something.

Lamise is looking for a job for security. Her need is to find somewhere that she can work to feel safe and protected, what better job than to work for Harper Security Ops. She knows that she will feel safe and be protected if she can work there, however, they aren’t hiring so she will need to find something else. When Banks offers her a job as his nanny, she’s not prepared for it. However, she knows that if she can work for him she’ll be safe.

This is a story of tragedy, healing, and finding love again. Banks and Lamise are great together and A.K. Evans pulls at the heart strings as usual with the tragedy and healing in this story. It was perfect.

My Review: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5 out of 5

Tilly Taylor wanted to move back home to Misty Peak. It’s the only place that has always felt like home to her. She had to leave due to her father’s choices and the town turning on her. Now she’s back and wants to live her life in the one place she felt the closest to home. However, memories can run long in a small town and people can be cruel.

Kayden Walker loves his mountains and his job, but when Tilly Taylor starts working at the Visitor Center, his job is no longer as enjoyable. He is one of those that has a long memory about how things went when her father was around. He has a hard time trusting due to all of the loss in past. Now he has to find a way to trust and accept Tilly back in Misty Peak.

I loved this story, it was full of tragedy, danger, and wonderful characters that have to find a way to forgive even if they can’t forget. The sins of the father should not be put on the child. I look forward to more in this series to come.

This entire series is centered around the five Walker brothers.

My Review: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5 out of 5

Another great addition to the RBMC series and the Jacksonville, FL chapter. Highway and Gwen are great together and I loved their story.

Gwen is the sister to Lucy and a photographer that sells her photos and stories to well known publications. While working with the Jacksonville, FL chapter RBMC she is caught in the crosshairs of a rivalry and danger. She’s not the type to run and hide though. She’s curious and used to dangerous situations, so she gets herself in more trouble with her curiosity than anything.

Highway is the road captain for the Jacksonville, FL chapter of the RBMC and he finds himself wanting more with Gwen than he’s used to wanting. Not the type of man to date or spend a lot of time with one woman, he discovers that Gwen is different and he’s ready to explore what they could have. His first priority though, keep her safe and protected. That seems to be more work than it should be though.

I loved this book and the characters. The RBMC books have been some of my favorite reads since they came out and they continue to keep me coming back for more.
