Fighting an enemy that is trying to take over their territory, Tor and his brothers are trying to figure out how to bring The Patriot down and make their city and territory safe again. Tor and his brothers are tired of the destruction, death, and lives that are being destroyed by the man that has been tormenting them for years. No one knows who he is or where to find him.

Meghan left her old life behind to save herself and then her past found her and brought that danger back into her life. Now she’s headed back home to see if she can find safety and protection by the one man that meant everything to her fifteen years ago, but she’s not sure he or his brothers or their family will welcome her back home. She’s bringing secrets and danger to their doorstep, exactly why she left the first time.

I loved these characters and the story was page turning action and wonderful characters. I’m looking forward to more of the Raiders of Valhalla: New Blood to come and the great characters I met in this first book.
