Everyone is going through something in their life, whether it be good or bad. They may be able to hide it well or they may not. It depends on how you watch a person to really understand them and taking the time to talk to a person and really listen to them, you may find out things that you can’t see.

Some people need routines to keep their life on track and their mind functioning so they can live their life without the chaos all the time. Anxiety, depression, destructive self-talk are all real and yet they may not always be easy to see in a person. Unless something happens to through a person for a loop and then everything could come to the surface.

Kitty has had to deal with a lot in her life and she hides a lot from those around her that she cares about, but when she met Malachi during MMM23, she was able to control her mind and the chaos. She even took some time to get to know him, but then when her mind started to deceive her she pulled back. Now she could have a second chance with him, but she will need to come to terms with some thing and share her secrets with her sisters.

I love the Timber Ghost Chapter of the Devil’s Handmaidens and the spin off with the MMM books, and Running Alone was another great story in this chapter. I can’t wait to read more and fall in love with more of these women and their other halves.

I absolutely loved this book!

Rogue has had a lot of darkness in her life. With a new darkness added she decides to take matters into her own hands and get revenge and make them pay for their sins in blood. However, she’s not prepared for how things will turn out. It could mean her blood when her identity is revealed.

Pain knows a lot of what is going on around him. When he spots Rogue in his bar talking to his sister he’s intrigued and she’s invited back to the clubhouse. Things get heated and lines are blurred for both of them.

I was so invested in this story. I love Rogue and Pain and the story pulled me in so quickly. I’m anxiously waiting for War and the continuation to this story.

Loki and Bea are great together! Their past and their secret will be revealed. How will they navigate working together with the hurt and heartbreak from their past?

I love the Defiance MC books and the LA Defiance has been a great addition to the other chapters. I love the stories that come to life, the characters that we get to know, and the secrets, heartbreak, healing and the family of the MC’s in all of them.

Loki and Bea’s story was a great addition to the series and I can’t wait to read more in the future.

Kado is the quiet one, the deadly one, the protector, and the assassin. He lives a solitary life, he has friends and a family of choice, but he would like to have someone to come home to after he’s done his job. The woman he’s watched is in his sights and since she’s a witness to his job, he can’t let her go. He didn’t want to in the first place.

Lucy’s been living to survive for so long that she doesn’t know how to live her life. When she stumbles upon something she should not have seen, her life as she’s known it will be changed. Will she find that her life is better now or worse? When danger from outside comes into her life, Kado knows he will do whatever it takes to protect her.

I’ve loved the stories in The Syndicates Series since the beginning. The men may be dangerous and Alpha’s but when it comes to the women in their lives, they seem to be softies. Not what you would expect from these men at all, but the women that they’ve chosen to spend their lives with are strong, independent, and willing to stand by their men and protect them just as much as the men want to protect the women. They may seem like damsels in distress, but they are fierce and protect just their men. I enjoyed Kado and Lucy’s story. She didn’t seem like the type to fall for Kado and be the one to stand beside him, but she was a great surprise. I look forward to more in The Syndicates Series to come.
