D.M. Earl is a U.S.A. Today Bestselling Author who spins stories about real life situations with characters that are authentic, genuine, and sincere. Each of her stories allow the characters to come to life with each turn of the page while they try to find their HEA through much drama and angst. D.M. finds ideas for her next story from within those around her and what she experiences in daily life. Each book has a part of her left behind in it. She lives in Northwest Indiana married to her best friend who was instrumental in the start of her writing career in 2014. When not writing D.M. loves to read, play with her seven fur-babies (yeah crazy) and ride her Harley Dyna Lowrider. My Ollie’s Recovery Review: βββββ 5 out of 5
Such a great start to this new series. I’ve enjoyed reading about Ollie and Pixie since I’ve been reading the Devil’s Handmaidens MC and am so happy to get to read their story. It’s both heartbreaking and beautiful. There are so many that are struggling with mental illness from being in the service and this book really brings it out into the open.
Ollie and Pixie are on a great road to help so many that need it and I can’t wait to see how this goes for them and their “family”.
I love the characters that D.M. Earl writes as she truly brings out their character and their souls in her stories. I am excited to go on this trip with her and the characters of the Blue Sky Sanctuary.
My Grey’s Rescue Review: βββββ 5 out of 5
Great story, but have the tissues on hand when you read this book. Like Ollie’s Recovery, this book hits on a variety of issues with veterans and their recovery. It’s a great read, but very emotional. Grey is fighting to be “normal” again after his time in the service, and Abigail is looking to help her mother and younger siblings heal, but they will all have to fight to keep the most vulnerable safe.
I loved this story and the characters are great! It was a beautiful story of finding what love means after such horrific encounters while serving our country. D.M. Earl brings her characters and her stories to life with her writing. She writes about tough situations, but she does it in a way that you are educated about the issue and yet are entertained by her story.
It not only brings out trust issues with humans, but animals as well. I love how she shows her characters vulnerabilities as well as their strength in her stories. I can’t wait to read more of her books in all of her series.
