🔥REVIEW OF – Newton: Cerberus MC, Book 31 by Marie James 5⭐️s

MY REVIEW: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5 out of 5
Another great story by Marie James!
Brielle needs protection, understanding, and patience. She hasn’t had an easy life and she’s learned to protect herself and erect a shield around herself and her heart. Will she ever find her true self or will she always have to fight and protect who she is?
Newton knows how a person can hide from the world by erecting walls and shields around them to protect themselves. He learned how as a young boy, but he was able to fight some of that and learned that not everyone was out to hurt him. Now he’ll show Brielle that she can drop her shields and let him in, but he’ll have to be patient with her.
I loved this story. I don’t think I’ve read a book yet by Marie James that I haven’t fallen in love with the characters or story. I can’t wait for the next chapter In Tennessee to come out.
☠️ Grim: Satan’s Fury MC – Little Rock by @wilder_leslie is LIVE!!

“This new series started out with a hunger you need to prepare for. The steam action romance and page burning plot has all you could want in a read plus so much more.” -Amazon Reviewer“The angst and simmering build up between Grim and Jenna’s attraction was inescapable. With words unsaid this couple spoke volumes.” -Amazon Reviewer“This guy was someone you wanted to avoid at all cost yet underneath it all there were hints of kindness and most importantly the ability to love.” -Amazon Reviewer“This story is a nonstop action packed, heart-poundingly intense and wildly seductive ride.” -Amazon Reviewer

MY REVIEW: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 4 out of 5
Grim, Satan’s Fury, Little Rock, Arkansas wants to help his presidents son, Beckett, and hopes to get him back home and back into the family fold. With the tragedy that struck several months prior, he’s been watching and waiting, hoping to get answers so he can help Beckett. Unfortunately, he doesn’t foresee the tragedy ahead and regret hits hard.
Dark, gritty, and tragic, but just like the other Satan’s Fury books, a very good read. I love the characters and the series. I look forward to more of the Satan’s Fury books to come. I can’t forget to mention the SEXY cover too!
On Tour With: THE LONER (Detective Jason Smith #27) by Stewart Giles @stewartgiles

From bestselling author: Stewart Giles comes another brilliant addition to the Detective Jason Smith series.
Sometimes, it’s the quiet ones you need to be careful of.
Detective Jason Smith has always considered himself to be a bit of a loner. His colleagues would agree with him.
But Smith has no idea that another solitary soul is about to give him the worst nightmares of his life.
Another loner is killing people in York, and this one isn’t about to stop until he’s caught.
He kills indiscriminately, and he’s extremely good at it.
It’s going to take a loner to catch a loner, and Smith is the only man who can stop the worst serial killer York has ever seen.

What readers are saying about THE LONER:
It’s a bit gruesome in parts but completely gripping and unpredictable. I found the plot to be highly original and wonderfully thought out. Absolutely brilliant! – CAROL
I love Stewarts books as I know I will quickly get into the story and have a wonderfully entertaining read. It’s one you can settle down with and despite the subject matter feel comfortable and at home with. A thrilling roller coaster of a read I really didn’t want to end. A huge 5* – MISFITS FARM
Stewart Giles has a vivid imagination and the books he writes certainly keep me entertained. Highly recommended. – MAUREEN
Stewart Giles has done it again. Another absolutely unique story which had me hooked from the first chapter. – AMAZON REVIEWER

After reading English at 3 Universities and graduating from none of them, I set off travelling around the world with my wife, Ann, finally settling in South Africa, where we still live.
In 2014 Ann dropped a rather large speaker on my head and I came up with the idea for a detective series. DS Jason Smith was born. Smith, the first in the series was finished a few months later.
3 years and 8 DS Smith books later, Joffe Books wondered if I would be interested in working with them. As a self-published author, I agreed. However, we decided on a new series – the DC Harriet Taylor: Cornwall series.
The Beekeeper was published and soon hit the number one spot in Australia. The second in the series, The Perfect Murder did just as well.
I continued to self-publish the Smith series and Unworthy hit the shelves in 2018 with amazing results. I therefore made the decision to self-publish The Backpacker which is book 3 in the Detective Harriet Taylor series which was published in July 2018.
After The Backpacker I had an idea for a totally new start to a series – a collaboration between the Smith and Harriet thrillers and The Enigma was born. It brought together the broody, enigmatic Jason Smith and the more level-headed Harriet Taylor.
The Miranda trilogy is something totally different. A psychological thriller trilogy. It is a real departure from anything else I’ve written before.
The Detective Jason Smith series continues to grow. I also have another series featuring an Irish detective who relocated to Guernsey, the Detective Liam O’Reilly series. There are also 3 stand alone novels.

MY REVIEW: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5 out of 5
Another great story in the Detective Jason Smith Series. I always love the dynamics of the team that investigates the murders in this series. They all have their own thoughts, processes and theories on a case and can all voice their opinions. The Loner was another story in a long line of difficult cases to be solved and the team did a great job in doing so.
Detective Smith is still going off on his own at times to work on these cases, but he ultimately comes back to his team to get the results that are needed to get a deranged killer off the streets. The Loner is the most prolific killer that the team has come across, but they continue to work and search for the person responsible for the horrific murders that have taken place until they can close the case.
I really enjoyed this story and was a bit surprised it went back to COVID, and the lock down, but the story made sense with this added in. The Loner is a brutal, unfeeling, dark killer that is terrorizing York. I look forward to more in the Detective Jason Smith Series to come and can’t wait to read more. I give this story a 5-star review.
