If could double the rating for this story, I would. Shadowβs story was so heartbreaking, interesting, and perfect!
Shadowβs life has been torturous to say the least. This is her story, and the secrets, trauma, and pain of her life will break your heart, but the love, acceptance, and loyalty of the Devilβs Handmaidenβs and the mysterious man that sheβs been hiding from her sisters, will heal your heart for you. I loved the twists and turns that came with Shadowβs story.
I loved every tear, smile, and heart wrenching part of this story and am so glad to have been able to read it. Shadow is a tough woman that keeps her heart hidden from so many, but when they start breaking down her walls and creeping into her heart, she has no way of stopping them. Tink and Shadow have a very tight bond, but it will be tested in this story a bit. I love the Devilβs Handmaidens MC books and this chapter is one of my favorites. I canβt wait to read more. I give this book a 5-star review.
